Safety isn’t negotiable. We expect every trade partner to maintain strong safety programs, properly train their workforce, and prioritize protecting everyone on our jobsites.
Projects move fast and challenges arise. We need partners who respond promptly to RFIs, coordinate effectively with other trades, and communicate openly about schedule or scope issues.
All trade partners must maintain current Arizona ROC licensing (where applicable), comprehensive general liability insurance, and workers’ compensation coverage that meets our project requirements.

Trades We Work With
We process subcontractor payments promptly according to contract terms. Our financial stability and commitment to fair payment practices support your cash flow and business operations.
You’ll work directly with engaged project managers and superintendents who provide clear direction, respond to questions promptly, and coordinate effectively across all trades.
We build achievable schedules with input from our trade partners. While we expect schedule commitments to be honored, we also plan realistically and coordinate to set you up for success.
We value your knowledge and experience. When we ask for input on means and methods, constructability, or problem-solving, we genuinely want your professional perspective.
Our superintendents maintain organized, safe jobsites with proper coordination, clear logistics, and attention to the working conditions that allow trades to perform efficiently.

Once prequalified, you’ll be added to our subcontractor database and invited to bid on projects matching your trade and capabilities. Bid invitations will include:
We solicit competitive bids and evaluate subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, pricing, and project fit. The lowest bid doesn’t automatically win — we’re looking for the best overall value and the right partner for each project.
Arizona ROC License:
Current, valid license in good standing for your trade classification (where applicable)
General Liability Insurance:
Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate (higher limits may be required for specific projects)
Workers’ Compensation:
Statutory coverage for all employees as required by Arizona law
Automobile Insurance:
Commercial auto coverage for all vehicles operating on project sites
Additional Insured:
Ability to name Craftline Builders and project owners as additional insured on liability policies
