Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

With a twenty-year career in construction management with an award-winning general contractor, Brian Lepker brings deep experience, technical insight, and a builder’s work ethic to every project. Before founding Craftline Builders, Brian served as a Project Director overseeing major commercial and bio/pharma projects in more than 30 states. His portfolio spans ground-up builds, complex renovations, and specialized facilities — all delivered with a focus on safety,
quality, and reliability.

Lori Escalante

Managing Member

A respected business leader and serial entrepreneur with nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry,Lori Escalante has built multiple successful companies from the ground up. Because of her integrity and entrepreneurial spirit, Lori has earned the confidence of developers, architects, trade partners, and community organizations across the Southwest. With decades of experience building resilient teams and high-performing organizations, she brings unmatched knowledge and a clear vision to Craftline Builders as the company continues to grow and serve clients throughout the region.

Matthew Dickens

Managing Member

With more than two decades of experience in commercial concrete construction, Matthew Dickens is known for his strong technical planning skills, field leadership, and ability to execute complex projects with precision. His background includes major structural and sitework scopes for commercial, industrial, medical, and high-performance facilities — all delivered with a focus on constructability, safety, and quality. As a founder of Craftline Builders, Matt plays a vital role in workforce development, field coordination, and project delivery. His deep understanding of trade operations — paired with strong relationships throughout the subcontractor community — strengthens Craftline’s ability to build smarter, faster, and with the pride of a true builder culture.

Steve Zadorozny

Senior Superintendent

Steve Zadorozny serves as Senior Superintendent at Craftline Builders, bringing decades of proven field leadership and commercial construction expertise to every project. His experience includes complex healthcare and medical facilities, commercial tenant improvements, ground-up construction, occupied renovations, and a wide range of technically demanding commercial projects. Before joining Craftline, Steve spent 15 years with another prominent Tucson construction company, where he served as General Superintendent and provided leadership and oversight across numerous projects and field teams. As a certified OSHA instructor, Steve brings an exceptional commitment to jobsite safety, quality control, schedule management, and subcontractor coordination. His practical knowledge, steady leadership, and ability to successfully manage challenging projects make him an invaluable part of the Craftline Builders team.

Aaron Koreny

Senior Project Manager

Aaron Koreny is a 25-year construction industry veteran with extensive experience in field operations, project management, preconstruction, and business development. Beginning his career in structural metal stud framing, Aaron developed a strong hands-on foundation before advancing into leadership roles with several respected Southern Arizona contractors.

His diverse portfolio includes complex healthcare renovations, medical clinics, restaurants, retail developments, civil infrastructure, and large-scale ground-up construction. Known for his practical leadership and collaborative approach, Aaron builds strong relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and local agencies to deliver quality projects on schedule and within budget.

Dulce Jurado

Project Coordinator

Dulce Jurado serves as Project Coordinator for Craftline Builders, bringing a strong background in construction administration and project support. She works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate documentation, contracts, submittals, and other critical project details. Dulce’s organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication help keep Craftline’s projects running smoothly from preconstruction through closeout.

Christian Escalante

Assistant Superintendent

Christian is a dedicated construction professional with 10 years of experience in the industry, including 8 years specializing in concrete. As an Assistant superintendent, Christian takes pride in being hands-on, building strong relationships with trade partners and making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
