spaces designed to support mothers and families throughout the recovery and healing
process. The project includes complete site development, utilities, building construction,
interior finishes, landscaping, and associated infrastructure. As a federally funded

Designed to accommodate a future restaurant tenant, the new building will feature a contemporary exterior, flexible interior space, updated utility infrastructure, and the core building systems necessary to support a future restaurant build-out. The project also includes associated site improvements, utility coordination, accessible pathways, and preparation for future mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen requirements.

Once completed, the project will transform an aging property into a modern, highly visible commercial destination while creating a versatile foundation for a new dining concept in one of Tucson’s established business corridors.
