With a twenty-year career in commercial construction management with an award-winning general contractor, Brian Lepker brings deep experience, technical insight, and a builder’s work ethic to every project. Before founding Craftline Builders, Brian served as a Project Director overseeing major commercial and bio/pharma projects in more than 30 states. His portfolio spans ground-up builds, complex renovations, and specialized facilities — all delivered with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.


Starting in the field as a superintendent and advancing through project management to executive leadership, Brian has built a reputation for fostering collaboration, mentoring teams, and developing long-standing client relationships grounded in trust and performance.

Lori Escalante

Managing Member

Lori Escalante has nearly 40 years’ career in construction, business leadership and consulting in Tucson and Dallas. A native of Southern Arizona, she is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in accounting. Lori is a positive role model from the relatively rare female perspective in the construction industry. As a visionary leader, she has built long-term relationships with clients, team members and vendors within Escalante Concrete Construction and in the community by becoming “the one trade partner you can’t imagine working without.”

In 2022, Escalante Concrete Construction became an employee-owned company, based on Lori’s vision of building a legacy of prosperity and success for the men and women that played an integral role in Escalante becoming Tucson’s market leader in residential and commercial concrete construction.

In pursuit of that continued legacy of client-focused service, proactively managed excellence and a philosophy of performance instead of excuses, Craftline Builders was born. Lori is delighted to bring her immense industry experience, business acumen and passion for excellence to the Craftline team, the general construction sector and to the Southern Arizona community.
